The 152st annual Memorial Day Parade honors the men and women of our armed forces who made the ultimate sacrifice defending our nation. For over 80 years, The American Legion - Carroll Post 31 has remembered our fallen servicemen and women through the Memorial Day Remembrance Parade and Observance Ceremony in Westminster, MD.

The parade starts on Pennsylvania Avenue in Westminster and ends on Church Street at the Westminster Cemetery. A CMC production crew will be set up along the parade route on Main Street in downtown Westminster, and another crew will be set up in the Westminster Cemetery to record the ceremony saluting military service men and women.
