FFA Students Perform Well at Northeast Regional Event

Henry Brunnett, a senior and FFA member at Westminster High School was recognized as the third high individual in the Northeast Regional FFA Employment Skills Leadership Development Event. This event included competitors from 15 states in the northeastern United States. Students showcased their talents in resume and cover letter creation, personal interview skills, and job networking skills. Brunnett will represent Maryland in this event at the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis later this month.


Also at the northeast event, the Manchester Valley High School Horticulture Team placed 4th overall, with Joshlyn Robertson placing 4th invidiually, and Danielle Rhoten taking 7th place. Rylie McConville from South Carroll High School placed 8th in Dairy Handling.
