Carroll Transit System Phone Problems Continue

The Carroll Transit System (CTS) is still experiencing phone system problems. Verizon is working on solutions to the problem and repairs are expected to be completed as soon as possible.

 

When the problems occur phone calls are dropped giving the impression that CTS staff is hanging up on callers. Unfortunately, the problems appear to occur at random times and last for anywhere from several minutes to hours. Calls that come in while the system is down will be placed on hold for a few minutes and then the caller will be instructed to leave a message. CTS staff will return the messages when the phone system is restored.

 

The transit phone number is 410-363-0622 and staff members are on-hand to answer your calls. If you don’t receive an answer or get a busy signal, please try to call again a little later. You may also email Carroll Transit at scheduling@carrolltransitsystem.com
