The Shoppes at Meadow Creek Purchased by Verris Capital

Verris Capital, in partnership with Lamont Street Partners, recently acquired The Shoppes at Meadow Creek in Westminster, MD. The 78,000 square foot mixed-use project is located just off Route 140 at 410 Meadow Creek Drive. Current national tenants include Walgreens, IHOP, M&T Bank, and Coldstone Creamery. Approximately 21,000 square feet remains available for lease with an additional seven acres of land suitable for a larger tenant.

The new owners have engaged local office and retail leasing experts Blue & Obrecht and Segall Group to fill the available space.
